Psilocybin mushrooms have been a part of the human experience across time.

Indigenous cultures around the world have embraced and cultivated the sacred and transformational nature of these remarkable gifts from The Earth.

We are in a mental health crisis where varied expressions of anxiety, depression, anger, addiction and a general struggle with finding a sense of wellbeing, touches so many lives.

Research in the science of the mind/brain is revealing how psilocybin ‘works’. Countless studies around the world using psilocybin within a facilitated framework, are showing remarkable results with influencing profound shifts in well-being.

My psilocybin services:

Are rooted in science, the Wisdom of The Earth and a lifetime of working in health and wellness.

What informs my Spirit is deep gratitude, respect and an honoring of the indigenous peoples across time and across the world, who continue their practice and lineage of this Sacred Wisdom.

And within my Heart, I bow to the ‘magic sauce’ I have long witnessed. I know the remarkable resiliency of the human Heart & Spirit and your capacity to move through what is difficult… To embrace & experience a deeper wellness… To be more fully alive. Now.

Contact me to schedule a no-cost ‘first exploration’ call. We will share a conversation, I will answer questions and we will explore possibilities. I will never share your email with anyone and all interactions with me are strictly confidential.

I offer personal (1:1) facilitation, groups of 3 or more and retreat. With groups and retreat I may be joined by co-facilitators. You will know who they are before you commit to services.

Do you have a group that you would like a personalized retreat or group experience created for? Or do you have your own program/retreat that you would like to add psilocybin services to? I love to collaborate so I invite a conversation.

  • Retreat, group and personal (1:1) facilitation includes all of the following. Everything except Journey Day can occur in a video call..

First Exploration: A no-cost conversation so you can meet me and ask questions.

Screening: A comprehensive health screening. Psilocybin is not appropriate for everyone and a potential client may be screened-out. If you screen-out of services, this is at no-cost.

Once you pass the health screening and choose to proceed, payment is due.

The Details: A session to review all the paperwork which includes a safety plan.

Heart & Spirit: A session' where we explore what brought you here and your intention for taking this Journey.

Preparation: This session occurs within a couple days of your Journey Day. We touch on all of the above.

Journey Day: Occurs at a licensed service center. We will be at the service center for about 6-8 hours. Part of our safety plan is that you will not drive after your Journey.

That Evening and the Next Day: You will have my cell and be encouraged to reach out with any concerns. I will briefly check in with you the next day.

The Way Through: Integrating and reflecting on the ripples of your experience is the most important part of a Journey. Both for personal (1:1) and for group/retreat, we will have 2 sessions via video call after your Journey day.

For Retreats and Groups: Screening and ‘the details’ are all done privately (1:1) All other sessions are done with the group. Retreats offer 2 psilocybin Journeys.

  • The cost of psilocybin services will be variable depending on the format.

For private (1:1) services the cost is usually between $1800-$2200. Groups are $1200-$1600 per person. Retreat will depend on length and location.

We will discuss options on your exploratory call and you will know the exact costs before you agree to services. These price ranges include all phases of service.

If these costs are beyond your ability to pay, read about ‘The Sheri Eckert Foundation and The Psilocybin Access Fund’ in the resources section below.

Currently Scheduled Retreats:

All aspects of services, including health records, are strictly confidential. Health records and all other written information is kept in secure storage by both the facilitator and the service center.

I am delighted to be a provider with:

The InnerTrek Center for Psilocybin Services

The creators of InnerTrek are the foundational visionaries in the therapeutic and wellness use of psilocybin within a legal framework. This is why I made the choice to take ‘The InnerTrek Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program.’ Now being a core facilitator at the service center is a full circle that I am deeply grateful for.
